Corporate Policy

Esseco adopts the corporate policy of Esseco Industrial, focused on sustainability, innovation, and safety, to standardize procedures and guiding principles governing operations.

In the “policy document,” Esseco has outlined the general principles underpinning its corporate policy on the prevention of major accidents, safety and health protection, environmental care, and energy management. This site-specific policy sets out the core values that define the Industrial division’s corporate culture, both in day-to-day operations and in its interactions with the outside world.

Organisational, Management, and Control Model

In compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, the company has adopted an Organisational, Management, and Control Model to strengthen its commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and corporate security.

The Model establishes protocols and procedures to prevent risks and ensure operational integrity. It includes a Supervisory Body with oversight powers, a Whistleblowing system for anonymous reporting, and disciplinary measures. Continuous training and periodic updates ensure effective risk management and adherence to ESG principles.

Code of Ethics

To standardize corporate procedures and ensure principles of honesty, integrity, and fairness, as part of Esseco Group’s industrial division, the company has adopted its own Code of Ethics, outlining conduct rules for employees and business partners.

The Code mandates transparency, fairness, and respect for competition in business dealings, prohibits corruption and unfair practices, and promotes health, workplace safety, and environmental protection. Additionally, it defines rules for handling confidential information, combating money laundering, and protecting privacy.

Supplier Code of Conduct

The company, as part of Esseco Group’s industrial division, has adopted a Supplier Code of Conduct, which defines standards for environmental sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance (ESG).

Suppliers must reduce environmental impact, comply with regulations, ensure equal opportunities, workplace safety, and prohibit forced and child labor. They are also required to respect human rights, combat corruption, and adhere to international laws.

Compliance with the Code is verified through audits and periodic evaluations, promoting continuous improvement of ethical and sustainable standards.
