Organisational, Management, and Control Model

In compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001, the company has adopted an Organisational, Management, and Control Model to strengthen its commitment to transparency, regulatory compliance, and corporate security.

The Model establishes protocols and procedures to prevent risks and ensure operational integrity. It includes a Supervisory Body with oversight powers, a Whistleblowing system for anonymous reporting, and disciplinary measures. Code of Ethics
