A recognition that honors us and motivates us to do even better: for the second year in a row, Esseco has received the “Health-Promoting Workplace” award from ASL Novara, as part of the regional WHP Piemonte (Workplace Health Promotion) program.
The award ceremony took place today in the historic Arengo Hall of the Broletto complex in Novara, in the presence of Mayor Alessandro Canelli, ASL Novara’s General Director Dr. Angelo Penna, and Dr. Roberta Grossi, Director of SPRESAL Novara and Regional Coordinator of the “Health-Promoting Workplaces” initiative. It was an important opportunity to highlight the efforts of companies that put people’s health and well-being at the core of their operations.
At Esseco, employee well-being is a key part of our industrial strategy. From promoting physical activity through the Essecorriamo initiative—an effort that has evolved into Essecorun and become a model across the entire Esseco Industrial division—to offering mindful food choices in the company canteen, as well as supporting social, cultural, psychological, and anti-usury initiatives: every action is designed to improve quality of life at work.
Being a modern chemical company means also being an active driver of social change. This award strengthens our belief that health and safety are not just regulatory obligations—they are values that guide our every decision.
Our sincere thanks go to ASL Novara for its continued support and commitment to promoting best practices for the health and well-being of workers and the wider community.
