Educating, inspiring, and building bridges between the world of education and industry — this was the spirit in which we met the students of the G. OMAR Technical Institute of Novara, future chemical technicians, for a day dedicated to dialogue and sharing.
It was an opportunity to introduce who we are, what we do, and how we interpret the role of chemistry today in a society that is increasingly focused on energy and environmental transition. We shared with the students our vision of a modern, responsible chemistry — one that is deeply connected to sustainability, innovation, and accountability.
Our collaboration with the OMAR Institute also takes shape through the Esseco Academy project: a training program for our technical staff, featuring annual theoretical and practical modules led by the school’s teachers. This initiative strengthens the bond between school, business, and local communities.
We firmly believe that the future of Italian chemistry also depends on initiatives like this — capable of connecting students, educators, and local enterprises. We sincerely thank the OMAR Institute for their enthusiasm, curiosity, and engagement: investing in young people means investing in a better future for all.
