A new edition of the Esseco Academy has come to a close with great satisfaction. This training initiative, promoted by Esseco Italy in collaboration with the G. OMAR Technical Institute of Novara, is aimed at developing the next generation of professionals in industrial chemistry.
The closing ceremony, held at the San Martino di Trecate plant, was a moment of recognition and celebration. The 13 participants – young technicians preparing to enter the workforce – received their final certificates after completing over 20 hours of theoretical and practical training, structured around specialist modules and hands-on fieldwork.
The course focused on the role of plant operators and was delivered by expert instructors from OMAR and experienced professionals from Esseco. The goal was twofold: to enhance technical skills and to foster an industrial culture based on responsibility, safety, and innovation.
For Esseco, the Academy is much more than a training program: it is a tangible investment in people, in high-quality technical education, and in the ongoing dialogue between school and industry — all of which are essential to building a sustainable future for the chemical sector.
A special thank you goes to everyone who made this experience possible: the students, the OMAR teachers, the Esseco trainers, and all those who work every day to build solid, lasting skills.
Because the future of industrial chemistry is built today — with passion, commitment, and knowledge.
