Safeguarding water is a top priority. We invest continuously in the development and implementation of advanced plant solutions to ensure the efficiency of water cycles, reduce consumption, and preserve this essential resource for life and industry.
Clean energy and decarbonisation (Goal 7)
97% of the electricity used at our production sites comes from CO₂-free sources. This milestone is achieved through a mix of process steam, off-site photovoltaic plants, and electricity supplied with certified Guarantees of Origin from renewable sources.
Innovation and sustainable infrastructure (Goal 9)
We believe infrastructure transformation is a key driver of sustainability. That’s why we are developing innovative logistics projects, including the reactivation of rail connections, the integration of intermodal systems, and the use of electric trucks for the safe transport of chemical goods.
