AT UPO CAREER DAY TO ATTRACT YOUNG TALENTS

Attracting new minds and engaging young talents by highlighting how Italian chemistry is becoming a protagonist in the ecological and energy transition, as well as an interpreter of the necessary changes for a better future. This was the spirit with which Esseco Srl of Trecate (Novara), a company of Esseco Industrial, participated in the Career Day of the University of Eastern Piedmont on Thursday, November 23rd. Our colleagues and representatives shared their direct experience, demonstrating how an academic path can turn into an exciting career within Esseco. Inspiring young talents from various disciplines, introducing them to the fascinating field of industrial chemistry that impacts daily life – and increasingly sustainably – for everyone, was a particularly rewarding moment.

During the event, Esseco conducted informational interviews with about ten promising students from the University of Eastern Piedmont, who are about to complete their studies, opening doors to possible job opportunities at the Trecate headquarters. An initiative that strengthened the bond between the company and the new generations, outlining a promising future for both.

Students were able to understand how an industrial reality like Esseco, belonging to a high-energy-consuming sector and defined as “Hard to Abate,” is actively committed to sustainability that is not only economic but also contributes to social and environmental well-being.

These are the pillars on which the entire investment program of Esseco Industrial is based, of which we are proud.

Participating in this event was a real pleasure. Meeting talents, brilliant minds full of eagerness to change the world, filled us with hope! Young people whom we hope to have soon by our side in the company.
